Any merchandise purchased, which you want returned, must have prior authorization by Whynter, be sent back prepaid (customer pays freight), and have a 25% restocking charge applied. All Whynter products are rigidly checked and examined by our warehouse personnel at the time of shipment. Any damage must be reported to the freight carrier upon delivery and must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. (Indicate model #, serial # and damage details on BOL ) All damage claims are to be filed with the carrier and we request that you notify Whynter immediately. Whynter is not responsible for damage in transit.
