All Whynter products are rigidly checked and examined by our warehouse personnel at the time of shipment. Any damage must be reported to the freight carrier upon delivery and must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. (Indicate model #, serial # and damage details on BOL ) All damage claims are to be filed with the carrier and we request that you notify Whynter immediately. Whynter is not responsible for damage in transit.

This fridge is really pretty. I only wish the racks provided more room in between. It’s a little tight when trying to slip a bottle of wine onto the rack. Other than that, the design & overall look is very nice. My white wine stays nice & cold and my reds stay at their temp.
