Humanized Operation Design

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send three photos of damage: 1-picture of unit, 2-picture of damage, 3-picture of box. to info@winebeercoolerdirect.com within 48hours of delivery (excluding holidays and weekends). If the shipping method is freight (LTL) and it comes visibly damaged please reject the shipment upon delivery and we will send a new unit out. The following limitations apply as well:

Returns:
Any merchandise purchased, which you want returned, must have prior authorization by Kings Bottle, be sent back prepaid (customer pays freight), and have a 25% restocking charge applied.
