Shipping and Returns


Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


Shipment process:

Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@winebeercoolerdirect.com

Freight Shipping:

This is our most basic level of delivery service. No bells and whistles, just the essentials. All freight shipments will be scheduled between the delivery company and customer prior to delivery usually 1-2 days before the shipment is ready for delivery. Freight shipments require signature on delivery. This service includes:

  • Standard freight delivery is curbside: The shippers will call to schedule a delivery appointment with a 4 hour window. The drivers will then meet you at the designated time and drop the merchandise on the curb.
  • Fast and friendly – we only use the best delivery companies
  • We deliver to all 48 continental states within the US
  • Includes delivery to curb of home with a lift gate truck
  • Online delivery tracking for most areas
  • Unloading of your item from the truck by delivery professionals

    • Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send three photos of damage: 1-picture of unit, 2-picture of damage, 3-picture of box. to info@winebeercoolerdirect.com within 48hours of delivery (excluding holidays and weekends). If the shipping method is freight (LTL) and it comes visibly damaged please reject the shipment upon delivery and we will send a new unit out. The following limitations apply as well:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) – This will be provided to you by me when you schedule your return **this is a must

    • Returns:

    Any merchandise purchased, which you want returned, must have prior authorization by EdgeStar, be sent back prepaid (customer pays freight), and have a 25% restocking charge applied. Any return items without an authorization number will be refused. All returned product must be in factory sealed cartons and in like condition to when it was sent out. Any return items without an authorization number will be refused or not issued credit. Returns will be accepted within 30 days if they include the following:

  • Product(s) Ordered in Original Condition
  • Original Packaging
  • All Included Accessories & Materials
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) – This will be provided to you by me when you schedule your return **this is a must**

    • All EdgeStar products are rigidly checked and examined by our warehouse personnel at the time of shipment. Any damage must be reported to the freight carrier upon delivery and must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. (Indicate model #, serial # and damage details on BOL ) All damage claims are to be filed with the carrier and we request that you notify EdgeStar immediately. EdgeStar is not responsible for damage in transit.

    Great customer service, including questions at ordering, delivery, and follow-up help for this novice. Everything works great for all the kegs (several 1/6 barrels so far). Outdoor kitchen is not yet ready, as it is December in the Chicago area, so it's currently in the garage where friends and family know where to find it. We can't wait until spring!!!

    EdgeStar Outdoor Rated Kegarator In The Texas Heat.

    I live in Texas and it has been HOT since I got the kegerator. But my beer has been consistently cold. I do keep it outside but under cover. Nothing like nice cold beer by the pool. Looking forward to several more kegs as we are about to start the third. Just hope the kegs start being more available due to COVID.

    Draft beer in the comfort of our home is a dream come true. We couldn't be happier with this kegerator. Our construction team installed it outdoors with no problem. The refrigerator keeps our beer at the perfect temperature even in the Southern California heat. We installed an aftermarket drip tray with a drain for easy clean up.

    Great Price, Energy Saver

    I love this product. I have owned it for over 18 months and it consumes almost no energy. It asks for a 3 amp breaker. Only thing about it is the power switch. You have to press and hold to power on or off, and so mine got a bit messed up because we thought there was an issue with the button so got worn by continued pressing and hard pressing. It is quote tall if you want to use it under a counter, will have to special build one. So far no issues other than the button, and also the stainless is a bit think so shows blemishes. Also has a hard time keeping really cold, below 37 or 38, but usually have mine between 38 and 42 so that does not bother me. I highly recommend.
