This Blaze built-in gas griddle is equipped with two commercial quality, 304 stainless steel U-shaped burners that each deliver 18,000 BTUs of cooking power for a total of 36,000 BTUs across the 495 square inch cooking surface. Push and turn flame-thrower primary ignition, backup flash tube secondary ignition and cross tubes ensure a steady, reliable flame with every start. A full-width grease trough with a hole in the center directs grease down to the drip tray below for easy cleaning. This ETL certified gas griddle is constructed entirely with heavy-duty, 304 grade stainless steel and includes a stainless steel lid to cover the griddle plate when not in use. Blaze gas griddles have a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the main burners, griddle plate, body, and control valves. While the ignition system and electronics are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. Product must be registered within thirty days for the warranty to apply.

Shipping and Returns
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipment process:
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. All freight shipments will be scheduled between the delivery company and customer prior to delivery usually 1-2 days before the shipment is ready for delivery. All products are rigidly checked and examined by our warehouse personnel at the time of shipment. Any damage must be reported to the freight carrier upon delivery and must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. (Indicate model #, serial # and damage details on BOL ) All damage claims are to be filed with the carrier and we request that you notify us immediately. Any merchandise purchased, which you want returned, must have prior authorization, be sent back prepaid (customer pays freight), and have a 25% restocking charge applied. Any return items without an authorization number will be refused. All returned product must be in factory sealed cartons and in like condition to when it was sent out.
