Much Better Than What We Had Before

Overall, like it a lot --- it's elegant looking and feels well made. But it doesn't hold as many bottles as portrayed--- pinot noir bottles and sparkling wine bottles really struggle to fit as advertised. Also, the temp settings don't seem to hold--- and it's hard to calibrate their 4 degree 'mandated' delta between upper and lower levels. It's not super quiet-- when it's 'running', you definitely know it. But it's a soothing sound, at least! Overall, glad we bought it.

cI would give this a 5 star rating if the delivery included installation. Despite the detailed review of our purchase with sales person using comparative measurements from previous wine fridge, it was a bear to install. After hours of struggling and frustration it is finally in place up and running. But I would not wish the installation process on a lay person. A very capable handy man would have sufficed, but was not available. This unit is recommended for an individual who has tools and experience to manipulate an item which is just fractions of inches off!

Outstanding Product

From ordering, shipment, to delivery; this was a painless and professional experience. Packaging was great, no dents, dings, or bumps. The online pictures definitely do NOT give this product the justice it deserves! Although I haven't installed the cooler under my counter yet, I completed a function check after the required 24 hours, and have ZERO complaints. It is a beautiful matte black, that matches perfect with my black stainless appliances. I will be sure to forwarda picture upon install (have to remove an old outdated dishwasher).
