Dual Temperature Zones With dual zone functionality both the upper zone and the bottom zone are accurately controlled by the sophisticated and sensitive controls to maintain ideal serving temperatures. Different temperature suits for storing different wines for their great aroma and taste.

BEECH WOODEN SHELVES

13 solid and removable beech wooden shelves are featured in the built-in fridge to gently cradle your favorites, making it easy to slide out and view your entire collection. The top and bottom shelf could load large bottles like Champagne and Pinot.

SECURITY LOCK

To avoid the damages caused by accident or unstable temperature due to frequently door opening, a safety lock is necessary. Each zone is equipped with a safety lock, which can protect different wines individually. Coming with 2 keys is convenient for carrying and keeping.

Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 9 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment process:

Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you via email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@winebeercoolerdirect.com

Freight Shipping:

This is our most basic level of delivery service. No bells and whistles, just the essentials. All freight shipments will be scheduled between the delivery company and customer prior to delivery usually 1-2 days before the shipment is ready for delivery. Freight shipments require signature on delivery. This service includes:

• Standard freight delivery is curbside: The shippers will call to schedule a delivery appointment with a 4 hour window. The drivers will then meet you at the designated time and drop the merchandise on the curb.
• Fast and friendly – we only use the best delivery companies
• We deliver to all 48 continental states within the US
• Includes delivery to curb of home with a lift gate truck
• Online delivery tracking for most areas
• Unloading of your item from the truck by delivery professionals

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@winebeercoolerdirect.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returns:

Standard Product Return Period: Lanbo Appliance agrees to accept all “Product Returns” within the “Standard Product Return Period” defined as:

• Seven (7) days for damaged product after date of delivery (package damage).
• Thirty (30) days for ordering the incorrect model and requires a replacement after date of delivery.
• Thirty (30) days for customer remorse after the date of delivery.
• Thirty (30) days if the wrong product was shipped from Lanbo Appliance after date of delivery.
• Sixty (60) days for concealed damage or defective product after date of delivery.

All Lanbo Appliance products are rigidly checked and examined by our warehouse personnel at the time of shipment. Any damage must be reported to the freight carrier upon delivery and must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. (Indicate model #, serial # and damage details on BOL ) All damage claims are to be filed with the carrier and we request that you notify Lanbo Appliance immediately. Lanbo Appliance is not responsible for damage in transit. Any merchandise purchased, which you want returned, must have prior authorization by Lanbo Appliance, be sent back prepaid (customer pays freight), and have a 25% restocking charge applied. Any return items without an authorization number will be refused. All returned product must be in factory sealed cartons and in like condition to when it was sent out. Any return items without an authorization number will be refused or not issued credit.
